MNA (N-Methyl-1-(2-naphthyl)propan-2-amine) or Methanmetamine, a triple monoamine releasing agent and N-methyl analog of the non-neurotoxic experimental substance naphthylaminopropane and the naphthalene analog of methamphetamine.
MNA acts as a theoretical releasing agent of serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine, with EC50values of 13 nM, 34 nM, and 10 nM, respectively.
